He is a good striker, but you are right, Carwin has less to offer.

i think carwin is better than bigfoot he's got 5XL "goodnight irene" gloves, and his wrestling is awesome he's a ncaa div 1 wrestler and his bjj is getting better.

Thats fair, but Bigfoot has got good striking and already has good BJJ, they are in the same league at worst.

To be honest i have very little interest in this. That said nothing beats a quality Mir beat down. Im expecting Nelson to win via TKO.

Forget about it. Nelson has a good chin. He only gets stopped by bonafide strikers. Mir doesn't fit into that category. Expect Mir to get taken to the mat easily with Nelson elbowing the crap out of his dome.

I think Mir is more intelligent and better conditioned now but Roy has very effective striking when he picks his shots and mixes up the power. He also knows how to use his weight very well.

Mir should be able to out box him and be strong enough to handle the grappling.

I like Mir and will be rooting for him. Nelson is good, effective but not truly elite. There should be no reason for Mirs eternal flaw to appear - getting hurt and completely freezing and completely incapable of changing positions, advancing, transitioning, you name it. The end then becomes inevitable. Hurt and finished.

Actually you never know, Roy has got some pop if he lands right.

how is shane carwin at worst? he came off a big loss to brock because his cardio isnt that good but keep your eyes peeled shane's going to knock the life out of john olaf who cares if he is good at bjj and grappling it will end via tko or k.o. in the 1st round. Bigfoot has fought only two good fighters fabricio and fedor, whilst shane carwin fought brock, mir and gonzaga in his (arguable prime)
