He's much more invested in DeGale than Groves.

He only has UK rights to Groves, as soon as he hits the big time Frankie won't see a penny. Same as most of his previous stars then I guess...

Yes I saw it, I think the only way Franky makes his big money these days if he is the manager of his fighters like DeGale, he isn't with Groves and only his promoter, I think he has signed a contract where he has to get Groves 3 title shots a year, maybe he did sign him to get DeGale some revenge.

Ha bet he is thinking Shittttt!! Lets keep them away from each other for a while.

Frank's probably not getting much out of Groves now anyway money wise. Obviously if he can hype Groves/DeGale 2 it'll be worth it for him but right now Groves and Adam Booth still KO1 Fish Eyes

I love how it's completely obvious they're both using eachother. There's no actual relationship between them, and that shows.

Which is a shame because ****** can take you far, but I don't think Groves really needs him tbh, seems to be securing the fights overseas and such just fine with Haye. Isn't he a part of GBP too?

Frank also said nothing about Groves in The Sun either, he talked more about Smith and all the other guys he signed. I also noticed him look disappointed when Smith went down.

    Whats the all about Fwank?

Isn't Groves now with Frank ?

Frank just wanted the main event to trump the show stop hating,

he was mad with the calz v manfredo win too

a quick win for your fighter is not necessarily a win for a promoter

    wake up

It's a strange one. I thought Groves signing for Frank didn't make much sense at the time and I think this is a reflection of that. Because of his connection to Haye, I think Frank has an issue with Groves and would love to see him humbled to get back at Haye in some way. He certainly doesn't seem to want to promote him like a typical Frank fighter. Groves was clearly the more deserving to get a European title shot and yet Frank gave that fight to DeGale, whereas Groves was given a fight against a guy DeGale had already soundly beat? Doesn't make sense. It would if DeGale had beaten Groves but he didn't.
