Frank is a horrible little *****. Groves is using him though which is refeshing.

 

There's some right Gobshites on here!! It was clear as day that Fwank jumped out of his seat waving his hands when Smigga try standing up and staggered about because the Ref missed it, and another barrage could of done more damage. Remember Psynics Safety First!

 

The difference is that James is being rushed along, regardless of the fact he still needs a lot of development. Groves is patient and wants to make sure he's ready to fight the best and win. James hasn't progressed or anything.

 

They're using each other. You can bet Groves sold him a lot of tickets last night.

Degale will go nowhere under the stewardship of Jim McDonnell. Groves has the better trainer, better attitude and 2 victories over Degale.
He knows even just making Degale wait will be eating at DeGale.
I think Degale needs to change trainer sharpish.

 

From where I was sitting last night, looked like frank wnted it waved off- smith was in bad shape! Will say though that in the degale bio and groves bio in the last two programmes have called groves win controversial which is a bit ****.

 

Ofcourse Frank isn't going to be in it for nothing. But his ultimate goal is to make Groves-Degale II and Groves rightly so isn't interested.

 

I read somewhere that he said groves to win on points but wouldn't be suprised if smith knocked him out, I wonder what degale will say when asked how he felt that groves only took two rounds to finish smith but he took 9? He will probably say something like 'I softened smith up u know what I'm saying?'

To me, it looked like he had a bet on Groves stopping him at a certain round or decisioning him. Looks to be signalling Groves.
