Everyone in the sport needs to fight better competition. Thus why the sport is dead outside of the UK, Mexico, and various poverty ridden countries.

Sanchez looks quite skilled, but I need to see him in against some more opponents on the level of an Ajagba before categorically rating him. Someone like Parker would be a good litmus test.

I don't usually hold out a lot of great hope for these Cuban guys though. They just seem to lack fire and ambition, and Sanchez's rather anaemic string of opposition bears that out.

He's incredibly good at what he does, countering, punching between punches and very subtle but effective roughouse tactics and positioning people. Very crafty up close

He's mediocre at everything else tho, and bores often, but when he's actually going to work it's excellent imo. Parker would be a nice test

Their primary goal is to get out of poverty and live the good life in places like Miami. That's the limit of their ambition.

I'm bugging? You're telling me that the manufactured boogeyman in your dreams only Frank Sanchez, who has outboxed ONE fridge contender who is quite unskilled, would school 3 very effectively aggressive fighters who have fought and beaten several far higher caliber opponents that he has. No mother****er.... you're bugging. You might actually be mentally ill.

Ah yes the great Jerry Forrest was a mighty win for Anderson despite getting his head kncoked back several times. Totally more skilled and experienced than Sanchez. Big Baby Miller too ? Yeah.... you've lost the plot

Just keep that same energy when sanchez breezes thru them. Don't make any excuses. I'll be waiting

Yeah, beating a guy who should have a win over Zhang and Hunter is pretty ****ing impressive. There is no might be.... you are ****ing insane. Either that, or you genuinely have no clue how styles work. Miller, Ruiz and Anderson are all terrible styles for Sanchez, and if you can't see that, then there's no help for you.

He should have gotten the win vs Hunter, but let's be fair on the Zhang fight. Zhang scored 3 KDs in the first three rounds, one round each. So Zhang only needed one round after to win. Zhang hurt Forrest pretty badly in the fourth. Then Zhang had a point deducted later. It was a fair draw, and that's not to suggest Zhang should have won, but it was a fair draw.

He should have scored the win vs Jermaine Franklin, who deserved the win vs Whyte, though.

    "Terrible" style you say ?

CST.... You might be on to something.... Come forward short plodders are totally all wrong for a quick experienced counter puncher like Sanchez !! What ever will he do....

Yeah you idiot, he's a terrible style. There's plodding face first fighters who are aggressive, and then there's pressure fighters and swarmers who utilize effective aggression. One is easy pickings for a slickster, the other frequently upset slicksters. Learn the difference, then maybe people won't end up laughing their ass off at you.

Short? Miller is 6'4, Jared Anderson is 6'4, Frank Sanchez is 6'4. Clearly Ruiz has no issue with taller fighter, especially not ones with 2 inches on him. Quite frankly a motivated Chris Arreola might have enough to spark this fraud. Seriously, what the hell has he done that impressed you so greatly?

Not really, Forrest comfortably won rounds 4-10, and Round 9 was definitely a 10-8 without a knockdown. Forrest did more than enough to take the win, even the judges couldn't find it in their hearts to outright rob him.
