How about he instead uses the money it'd cost to make this case to pay some of his fighters?

Or perhaps this is one last ditch attempt to bring in enough money to pay them?

    I suspect it's the latter.

    It's certainly the latter.

Despite being no legal expert (I've disclaimed already :hey) I'd imagine he's got a very good case.

One limited company cannot prevent another from trading in the UK. It's as simple as that.

He said he was gonna sue them ages ago on some BBC interview when Wazza had 3 mins and Hearn snr had 3 mins to put their point over on the whole Luxembourg Gate.

Watch the BBBoC give Haye an Del licenses to avoid being sued.

Worse thing the board did was come public with the statement. They should of got proper advice.before putting it out, Frank can say fights fell through because of threat and has lost revenue because of it. Mark my words he will do that.

Sky are the biggest party to blame in all this. They haven't got the fight and are doing their all to denounce it. Same people interviewed Tyson and a positive interview at that, same guy bit off an opponents ear in a fight and spoke badly to Lewis, a convicted ****** (up to you if you think he's guilty or not).

    Just saying.

But he loses any respect for failing to pay multiple fighters.

Guys and absolute cancer allegedly to the sport. Really hoping he's calls quits on his career and works for Boxnation instead. Let Hatton and possibly Fearon get their lads on the channel with Queensbury (sports network mk2). That's the best for all concerned imo

Don't get me wrong, I am absolutely no fan of his.

There is a reason why so many top fighters leave him.

Plus many other things I guess.

Its just he keeps fighting fights which could be solved much less aggressively.
