I dont see how people can think Degale won that fight, i have watched it 3 times and i had Groves by two rounds and degale should of been docked possible 2 points. At the end of the day Degale has to go a different route now and Warren needs to man up and rewatch the fight, You dont win fights by plodding along and getting pot shotted all night.... Degale didnt do enough so move on and he definately wouldnt give him a rematch, and the facts are you dont go on a Frank Warren card and win a close fight if there are doubts, thats un heard off... Groves winner if in doubt rewatch the fight and count the punchs landed each round you will get your answer then...
degayle picked up in the mid and later rounds, but now way he deserved a win or even a draw. Groves deserved the win and he should feel good. Degayle struggled and should feel like ****, which hopefully, will inspire him to improve and learn more of the craft. He will be back and hopefully much more better.
The facts are Groves had the harder learning fights Ndoe that wasnt easy and Anderson is a tough ******* and i believe after that fight he smelt the coffee and worked on his temperament and controll in the ring, when to get involved when not to get involved. Lets not forget sparing with Dirrel the most skilled super middleweight in the world, you cant get better sparring than that.
Don't think Warren will risk a huge offer to Groves for if he were to lose agin that would put a serious dent in his marketability!!!
