It´s true. Sky were not satisfied with Matchroom's quality in the last couple of years and the quality has certainly not improved after Matchroom teamed up with DAZN UK.
'Trust us, we will deliver unprecedented value for the DAZN UK subscribers' (Mr Edward Hearn March 2023) Once the mugs like me gave him an annual sub, he quickly reverted to his next gen terminology to justify poor cards. Still waiting for him to deliver and I have been very disappointed with the mediocrity of UK based cards and fights with only a few exceptions.
Boxing has become like a circus. Promoters more interested in getting one over a rival Promoter than making actual fights. Frank more interested with his pre written digs at Eddie and Matchroom than actually doing his job of making the best fights for the fans and the sport. Social media part of boxing has become bigger than the fighters, just full of over sensitive snow flakes.
In general, it hasn't been good enough from Eddie Hearn and Matchroom. I don't think it will get any easier in the future. PBC will soon announce an agreement with Amazon.
It depends on the price and product. If you commit to a 12 month subscription to DAZN UK, the price is probably acceptable. I could well imagine that the price on Amazon will increase when the agreement with PBC is fully implemented in their subscription.
If you knew what the criminals are offering out there for a £70 annual sub, you would understand why these people are attracting millions of customers with rapid growth every week. There are far too many subs for watching sport these days plus Box Office hence why these criminals are seriously penetrating the sports broadcasting market. Could not believe it myself when I seen it with my own eyes, literally everything that is broadcast and this is a huge problem for all broadcasters now. I currently subscribe to Sky, BT and DAZN UK but drawing a line at this.

I said this a while back. Con Bent owes Matchroom money. They gave him an advance based on that Eubank Jr PPV fight. His bank account swelled up to 700k at July 2022 according to his accounts when it was around 200k the year before that.
Embarrassing from Warren when he only has 3 cards left of 2023 in November and December, 2 of which are full of trash fights at York Hall. But Queensberry and Warren are on top apparently!
