FRANK WARREN GOES FULL ******. DEGALE/SAUNDERS? WTF??

Degale Saunders probably would do a stadium if it had Sky and Hearn after it ala Warren back in the day, with all that propaganda and promo machine working

 

Limerick was Andy Lee and Booths baby- they took the lead on it thinking it would be an easy sell. As soon as it was clear it wasn’t working, Frank shifted it back over here where he probably wanted it in the first place

 

Fair enough but Frank is desperate for another stadium fight. He always talks about putting something at a stadium in his IFL interviews. He was all over that Limerick fight thinking it was huge.

When Eddie Hearn talks stadiums, it's always realistic. The only one I laughed at was Callum Smith thinking he could take the Dirrell fight to Anfield but Eddie was hardly talking that up.

 

After BJS stinking the joint out against Monroe, his stock has fallen a lot. He is simply not a draw, unless you think you can get him to draw some flies for you on a notebook.

Catchweight fights only work if you are talking about 2 big names, or there is a big personality clash to be exploited. De Gale is kind of a big name. BJS isnt and he never will be with that style of his in the current boxing climate.
