You never know not seeing the fight, the guy could have a great chin, a style that gave Prescott problems even just a "bad day at the office"....anything. To simply say he can't punch based on that one fight is assuming too much if you havn't even seen the fight esp, after last night. At the very least he has a decent dig.

As you say, he's on my radar now,,,

He could be, but thats what I'm saying. We don't really know how good of a puncher he is because there is nothing credible in his record to draw a conclusion from.

I read a write up on his fight against the Cuban before this fight, and apparently he did catch the guy quite a lot early on without dropping him or hurting him too much. After that the Cuban boxed on the move more and gave him plenty to think about, and he was poor at cutting off the ring, like he'd never seen a decent boxer in his life. Kinda puts into perspective not only how poor Khan's chin is, but how rash and sloppy he was.

I'm sure he's a decent puncher, but christ I'd be surprised if this is the second coming of Julian Jackson we are talking about. Khan got starched before some rank novices here. Completely embarrassing.

    :?

It's Warren that is hinting at Prescott being the wrong choice and a huge puncher.
