Just bored of the money talk, splits etc. To the point where I wish admin would create a sub forum for chat regarding it.

 

I think you need to accept boxers actually box so infrequently that on any forum the conversation naturally turns toward discussions about what goes on out of the ring.

A basic comparison. Since August 2015 Tyson Fury has boxed for 114 minutes. How many minutes do you think, say, Liverpool have played in that time? If you were talking about football you've got so much to talk about. In boxing a lot less.

 

He got 1 million dollars. Frank didn’t pay him that, that’s why he had to travel...

Like everyone on this forum, no one really knows how much he got paid...what I do know is that both Frank and Billy have more money then you and I combined!

 

I agree with this. I think a well marketed unification fight between two very talented fight whom dont have big followings in BJS and Smith could turn them both into stars (similar to what the first Groves vs Froch did to these fighters).

 

Saunders will never be a big star because he's an idiot who people won't naturally warm to, whilst at the same time being pretty dull.

 

Marketed correctly he could be a huge villian type
People pay to see people get knocked out esp ones they aint keen on

Saunders just seems like a horrible bloke and as such it'll be harder to sell. Eubank spoke in a daft voice and wore daft clothes. Saunders winds up desperate crackheads in the street.

Paying fighters what they're owed historical isn't one of Frank's strong points, though I'd be surprised if he started messing about with the travelling community, to who money is everything.
