Frank warren on being beaten up by mike tyson

More interested in this than hearn’s book, even if he is a weasle.

 

I just don't see the point in buying a boxing promoters book. It will be 50% bull**** 50% lies.

 

Half of the lies won't be true.

 

I will definitely be buying his book. Im hoping there is plenty of stuff about how Frank overcame the old cartel and took over

 

Frank is a legit OG who has worked with everyone in the game, the stories he will have will be genuinely interesting to read

I know hearn has a book coming out too but I just think that will be a self congratulatory tale spun as some inspirational drivel.

 

Hearns will be the usual drivel he spouts with Kugan, lecturing people on life. He’s so self absorbed its a joke

 

The success of these books is looking very similar to the current success of their respective promotions with Eddie’s 14,435 places higher in the Amazon book charts!

 

I will definitely buy it mate ! There will be some great stories I bet , looking forward to getting a copy .

 

One hundred percent mate wouldn’t read Hearns book if you paid me to be honest !

 

It sounds like Tyson just gave him a slap. We’ve heard franks side , I’d love to hear Tyson’s too.

 

I wonder if the shooting incident is what made him become fish eyes...needed to be able to see all around him in case someone tried to shoot him again.

 

To be fair to Frank his book isn't even out until November. Personally don't know anyone who preorders a book

 

So is he going to reveal who shot him? That’s about the only revelation about his life that holds any interest for most boxing fans.

 

Warren's mellowed in recent years though I still suspect this book may be ever so slightly bitter in tone.
