Frank Warren: 'Care At Fat Duck Was Lame'

Boxing promoter Frank Warren has laid in to Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck restaurant after becoming one of four hundred diners who fell ill.

Warren said he was "very disappointed" with his treatment after becoming sick following his visit.
Initial estimates suggested up to 40 people were struck down after eating at the three-star Michelin restaurant in Bray, Berkshire.
But the figure has now leapt to 400 possible cases, said investigators from the Health Protection Agency (HPA).
The TV chef last week decided to close the famous restaurant after diners suffered vomiting and diarrhoea, and was hoping to reopen just days later.

Tests by his own food consultants ruled out food poisoning, indicating it was likely to be a gastro virus.
However, environmental health officers and the HPA have begun further tests on the restaurant, famed for dishes like snail porridge and sardine on toast ice cream.
And now the restaurant faces the prospect of being closed for weeks.
Boxing promoter Warren added to Blumenthal's woes by criticising the restaurant's response to the outbreak.
"Everything was fabulous about the evening - the food, the setting, the service, it was unbelievably good but unfortunately, afterwards, all of us were ill," he said.

Warren, who had dined at the restaurant as a guest, along with television sports presenter Jim Rosenthal, said he heard very little from Blumenthal's team following the outbreak.
He said: "Since then we have not heard anything from the restaurant at all.
"I am very disappointed and I know that the people I went with are very disappointed with the feedback."
Dr Graham Bickler, the HPA's regional director, said: "This is a very complex outbreak..
