Warren has stated Fury will not sign the contract until he is happy with the amount being gauranteed by a bank, is Fury just about the money?

I think its fair enough really.

Imagine if the biggest fight in the world was given to Saudi Arabia and they didn't even pay for it.

Of course, Fury's all about the money.
    They all are.

The WBC should at least set a date to enforce a mandatory. Would it be such a grave injustice if they fought for only tens of millions in guaranteed money?

You have to understand that Fury is a lot smarter than AJ, which is why he questions things as opposed to simply doing what his handlers tell him to do and believing everything he's told. This is why it didn't work so well with Hearn, since Hearn is all about controlling and manipulating. Joshua is easy to control because he's a simpleton. Fury is not easy to control because for a boxer, he's actually quite smart.

How much money does he need, he said in a podcast with Hearn, that he`s not about the money and that he`s a warrior.

Well they aren't going to go into the ring for the fans and to possibly get dementia for free are they? Would you or anyone here to go your job for free?

No he is not all. AJ and Hearn have successfully worked with the Saudi’s before and they were good for the money.

What i find the most unseemly about the how thing is these guys taking money from a regime as despicable as the Saudis.

Wasn't Joshua talking just recently about human rights and equality and justice?

Bit like Lewis Hamilton, who does the same but has no issue racing in China, Bahrain etc...

Silly me, what am I thinking...this is about money, so who cares where it comes from, right?

I mean, I've heard the Mexican Cartels are offering to fund the fight - but Eddie felt the pre fight dismemberment would put off some western viewers.

He could have gone with the ISIS offer, but, again, Eddie was unsure how the pre fight show, which includes throwing gays off of tall buildings, would go down, so he opted for the Saudi bid.

    Shrewd guy, that Eddie.

At 12:44 Hearn suggests that everything is done and the only thing left is the official announcement:

If Hearn is right Warren will look a bit silly, like he's out of loop and whingeing while someone else puts it all together, but if it falls apart Hearn will look like he bit off more than he could swallow and scuppered the whole thing. Because, surely, with a 70 000+ crowd this weekend they could have found another good venue for the summer.

Hearn is not reliable source ..... but he's got a more up-to-date understanding of what's going on than Warren.
I really hope it is done.
