FFS are you for real a massive part of a boxers punching power and punch resistance come from the legs , prime example Naz one of britains hardest ever hitters , look at his thighs/quads they were massive :think

Thomas Hearns was one of those exceptions, like Deontay Wilder is at the moment where they have freakish power despite their bodyframe. Sometimes your just born with 1 punch KO power that no one can explain!

Everybody is different and everybody needs a training regime that suits their body.

I thought his opponent looked good, strong, really up for it, didn't come to lose. Getting though these sorts of fights are what makes a good champion surely. Bundu is a great yardstick for a title shot. Would love to see Frankie and Brook sometime of course.

Shikukutu was two and a half pounds over at the weigh-in and had an hour to shift it - hardly ideal preparation. He's also ranked no.169 in the world.

Sacky Shikukutu would beat more than half of the top 10 welterweights in Britain IMO. He was also Gavin's Commonwealth mandatory challenger, so Gavin had to face him seeing as he never wanted to vacate his title.
Gavin is a credit to boxing and the Commonwealth title by defending against his mandatory and not pulling any stunt like Rocky Fielding did the other week.

Let's give him credit for beating the no.169 and getting very well paid for it.

I remember seeing Kayes bragging off that Ricky was leg-pressing 19 plates before his Floyd loss.

If and when Brook landed it wouldnt last by 1 or 2 rounds imo , anyone mentioning Frankie in the same breath as Brook or Khan is being ridiculous

The point was never about roids. Yes, they are rife - They are in all sports.

My point was that KK is NOT a good S&C coach, IMO.

MMA fighters use THE BEST S&C coaches when it comes to combat sports.

Frankie is a light welter I agree with you there as for Kerry being the best s n c what evidence is this based on like I said wearing little undies and showing your muscles off and boxing two different sports

The so-called best S&C's would also happen to be the one's that provide the roids. MMA is riddled with it.
