The Theopane fight would be a goodun. I caught the last 3 rounds from it after I got home from York Hall and Ashley really impressed me.

Top performance. I too felt Gavin was too hesitant and could have got Lomax out of there a lot earlier. But I enjoyed the fight and would have been happy for it to go the distance as it was a pleasure to watch.

Performance of the night so far IMO.

Up on boxrec that Theophane is fighting Michael Trabant in Germany on June 11th for the IBO inter-continental light middleweight title!!. Strange 1 that.

Frankie hurt his left hand in the 2nd think that's the reason he didn't go for it to much

Hope the hand heals. April would be fantastic, if you can do 4/5 fights in this year I think you'll really push on well!

I am just watching Gavin's fight now and his defence is absolutely class, best defensive perfomance I have seen for a while.

lovely stuff by Frankie Gavin. Really impressed. I hope Frank Warren can move him forward a little quicker, I have no doubt that he has the skills. All we need to see is if he has the desire

It'd be great if Warren could get Theophane in the ring with Frankie.

I'm sure Theophane has a good ranking with 1 or 2 sanctioning bodies with his win over Rodriguez.

Quality performance and real improvements on his defensive work. Lomax paws with the jab so it was a nice opponent to show off these skills against, live opponent though dont get me wrong.

Think Gavin can go all the way and this performance just reinforced that. Well done Frankie!
