    whats his amateur record is his better then mine and i havnt turned pro so how can u tell who would be the better fighter as a pro but what ave seen of him i would batter him even with my lower back inury

    Same criteria as the British title, which for an Irish title is that you must qualify to be able to obtain an Irish passport.

    You dont need to actually take one out, just prove and you can.
