frankie gavin fight announced tommoro

I would love to see Gavin in against Maidana. Frankie would run rings around him. But goes he have the power to hurt Maidana?

Vassell, Hatton, Carson Jones, Maidana would be a nice run of fights.

 

According to Boxrec, Godding is fighting Barnes.

I hope it's Vassell, he'd beat Gavin IMO.

 

Maidana would KO Frankie, Gavin doesn't have the power to keep him off.

 

He has the footwork and Maidana can be very crude. Some better opponents this year and it's a test worth taking.

If Frankie wants to achieve anything he must deal with the likes of Maidana.

 

Ricky Godding is fighting David Barnes on the 8th March as an eliminator for British title so could see the winner being Frankies 3rd defense but not 2nd

venue apparently somewhere in Brum thats never been used for boxing capacity 3000 and its VVarren / Errol Johnson show, I'd expect Martin Gethin's first defence to be main undercard fight.

Frankie has said its not Vassel this time, there was some chatter between him and Lynes on twitter but that was the day he was frustrated saying something had fell through. But the next day he said there was a misunderstanding with him and VVarren and all was well.

 

Any idea who Gethin's first defence will be? Paul Truscott maybe?
