This is a good test for Frankie, This guy knocked Drilzane out in 1 and Amir didn't do that, Amir is also a very fast starter so for me that result speaks volume!! Frankie is progressing at a fantastic pace and quicker than everyone expected, It didn't shock me though, I stated from day 1 that Frankie was the best kid I've been around, His boxing ability is unreal, Just look at the Saville fight..

I think Frankie will be reigning British,Commenwealth champion this time next year!! Now that would be a fantstic achievement but 1 I firmly believe he's more than capable of!! I remember a comment from Alex Arthur after sparring Frankie it goes like this, His exact words "Frankie Gavin is the best kid I've ever shared a ring with" Some feat lookin at the places were Alex has been, USA (Roach), Scott Harrison to name but a few of many..

Come 2010 we are gonna see Frankie come of age..:good

 

I agree Tony I think Frankie can go far and looks great I hope they step him up to a 10 rounder after this fight. Tony any news on who you will be facing?

 

From the first bill when the olympians were on I said he was the pick of them and I think I'm gonna be proven right.

The only slight concern is the lack of power I think he's got it all personally.

Cheers Bomber had a look at his record he seems super durable only been stopped once back in 02 and taken a number of decent fighters the distance so you should get some rounds in, if you do a job on him then that would be an impressive statement. Any chance you will be stepping up to championship level early next year?

This is another step up for Frankie but his more then ready for it his got the style too deal with anythin what's thrown at him in the ring an his got more power then alot of people think SPEED IS POWER.
