    Just paid a lot of money out of his own pocket for a dietitian and a company who prepares and delivers healthy nutritional food for athletes daily. Respect to him he wants to be the worlds best and he's goin the right way to achieve his goal.

    Good luck and respect to Frankie. He is this countrys best talent since Calzaghe.

    In all fairness this should have been done a long time ago. I trully hope it works out for the both of you Arnie.

    I hope you and Frankie realise anything I have said in the past you have found negative has only been because i see his talent and want a british fighter to succeed. my critisim was always of Frankies dedication to the sport and he has addmited himself not its not where its supposed to be.

    Sounds like a great step in the right direction Arnie and credit to the lad for doing it. Will definitely pay off in the long run :good

    I don't think Frank ****** has helped putting him in with so many bums and mismatches. Gavin needs to be challenged, he needs to be that little bit worried to inspire him. This is going to help him greatly though.

    Fairplay to Frankie and fairplay to Arnie for actually posting about this on here. I think its fair to say they were well within their rights to keep this news in house.

    Im new on this board but this place is richer for having the pro's come on here to air the right to reply.

    When this starts paying dividends, and it will.... alot of critics who have made disparaging remarks firstly about Frankies commitment and more c*ntishly about Arnies credentials as a trainer will be made to look silly.

    its very well having a dietitian but its down to frankie to follow through with it ,at the end off the day its not rocket sciences .
