I've suffered with depression Frankie and spent some time as an inpatient because of it. You can get over it. Keep on going mate. All the best.
I tell you one thing, its refreshing to see everyone getting behind someone. Usually we have pricks that would say 'get over it'.
Nice to see you back on here Frankie, Tbh i think many of us at some stage in life go through depression. Some less so then others but if you get it bad it's hard to deal with and i'd never ask a fighter to risk his life when he's at a low ebb.
Good luck Frankie and respect for having the confidence to talk about it in the public eye. Do think it was a bit insensitive of the op to make this thread though...
fantastic news frankie. i had posted that you needed professional help mate. this is a very good thing and will get you in the right state of mind to maximise your ability and talent and go very far. one step at a time mate
God it's a shame to see this kind of talent going to waste. All the best to you bud, but as bad as it's looking, hopefully 2012/13 can be the years that you can really show the world what you're capable of mate! ;-)
Lirva, I really do think it is your advice what has got Frankie on the mend. Nice one. Fran ****** needs to hire you.
Glad to have you back mate, hopefully the move back home will do you well! If you ever need anything theres a couple hundred internet strangers here for you :deal
Well done for taking the steps needed to help you get through some tough times, we all need a wee bit of help and encouragemant at some point in our lives, there is no shame in it. But I still think because you never took up my offer of coming to Glasgow could have been the making of you :tong Take it easy big chap and all will fall into place once the old mind gets ticking back to normal :good
