They are both prospects, neither have a name to brag about. Spencer's boxing skills are way more redefined then Frankie's, Frankie will go far no doubt, but he is a brawler & fights wild. His power has had a lot to do with his success, & props to him. But Spence is a more sound fighter at this point.

Mayweather, Broner & Roach all speak high praise of Spence.
