Pound for pound I think Lockridge is a better fighter, but this is at 140, a weight way out of Rocky's league. Frankie would do a number on the little guy I'm afraid. I'm sure it would be an exciting phone booth war though.
This is a weird matchup because Lockridge only engaged above 130 lbs at the very end of his career. Warren was a natural, strong 140 lb. Lockridge is more versatile and a better fighter overall but Warren was very busy and a strong infighter. i don't think Lockridge at this weight would be able to hold him off and would be outworked.
