frankie "the pitbull" gomez WTF !!!

    what the **** is happening to this kid...about 2 fights ago i was comparing him to bojado...not skillwise, but because the kid seems to have lost a lot of focus, and only has a handful of fights.....

    only difference is, bojado never lost his skills as a fighter, just his discipline...now gomez, he seems to be losing his ****en skill in every fight...can't believe people think he has the upper hand vs jose benavidez, simply cause he beat him twice in the amateurs....benavidez is improving a lot, and looks miles ahead of gomez now, especially now as pros.....

    his last fight was ****en ridiculous, kid looked so ****en sloppy it was almost as if it was a different person in there.....

    vatos back up gomez cause he looks more like a homie, and is from east l.a....i've met the dude, he's pretty cool and chill, but if it comes down to it i'm a bigger benavidez fan....kid looks like he LIVES boxing, gomez looks like he can live without it

    Shame if this is true. Seems pretty comparable to Frankie Gavin. Hopefully both can copy Benavidez and start doing what they're truly capable of. Bojado should have been so much more, so hopefully they don't end up like him.

    frankie fights the same as you seem him here, but less activity.....and benavidez, well u know he's so polished now as a pro that you can't even compare the two anymore

    Gomez has some good potential, but he was spoon-fed a little too much to the point that it affected his in-ring mentality (understandably though), and this will be his opportunity to either adjust and adapt in the gym in order to succeed, or stubbornly continue relying on predictable overhand rights and fighters who will cave under his pressure. Neither happened in his last fight, and how he deals with that in his next few fights is crucial for his development and career.

    Didn't he recently get a big paycheck from GBP he was talking about it in a video, he's like yeah GBP sent me a big ass check, but I am not gonna let that affect me... or something like that.

    I think he should fight at 135 cause at 140 his body does look a bit flabby.....Too bad he's with GBP who don't know **** about how to build up a prospect, if he were with Top Rank, he'll be brought up well.
