He just drew a fight at french domestic level. That makes him about area level in England.

The debate isn't about whether Gavin or myself have achieved more in boxing. He's got a talent, a potentially world class talent and he's wasting it.

That's commenting on what level he is at. That's decided by his results. I'm not commenting on how good he is, just what level he is operating at.

I watched Horta the other day against Bundu. I don't know if he's regressed or not since, but that was two years ago and he looked about, I dunno, maybe EU-title level at best.
