That's like 2 years of delays now Wonder if Frank just can't get round to voicing it, given this is the Audible version? He can't get an actor in after Barry Hearn voiced his own! (Sorry, couldn't find the previous thread where this came up - apologies)
That's fine Surely his book wouldn't be complete without talking about the Ngannou and Usyk fights, the biggest show he's done and possibly Fury's retirement
I pre-ordered the audio version in April 2022. This is the 6th date change going by the emails I've had @McGrain it seems the audio book is going to be more than a year after the print edition, the print date remains this year. I've got 445 days to wait if I want to listen!
Maybe they had to remove a certain chapter about uncle Frank and his many trips to see a certain adviser . Then banned from the USA etc etc . Hmmmmmm !!!!
they must be ok for some folk mate but im no into them prefer the printed words love reading whether its the messages here or the odd book it is a big unnatural isnt it but if you image its like story telling stories are told we sit there and listen thats no different is it give it a go im not a fan of it if i loose concentration im winding it back its to difficult for me
They're good when they're read by the author. When it's some stand-in like Stephen Fry reading it I just can't be bothered. Barry Hearn's audiobook is him reading his own words and it's quite entertaining as a result - authentic I guess. I'd kind of hoped Frank's might be the same but and not narrated by Ray Burdis or one of his east end cronies
Update on this everyone, not that any of you probably care, because it’s a complete shambles, but it’s good for a laugh. I have just had an email from Amazon and they assure me I will have the Warren autobiography safely delivered to me on the latest date of…..26th October 2024. Facepalm.
