Its more that mcguigan is a really **** person to have as your promoter/manager.

hes only got frampton this far because of the whole irish connection and mcguigan still being able to live off the name he built in the 80's. ultimately though its a very realistic possibility that quigg could lose vs kiko martinez and he and his client will have missed out on millions that they won't be able to get vs ANYONE else.

its all ego in that they dont want to be pushed around by hearn but the fact is hearn holds a lot of the cards when it comes to british boxing and you have to take a small loss in some ways to be able to get what you want. its just the way it is, it might not be the right thing but its the way it is and you have to play the hand you are dealt.

Has a ten year career ahead of him, is being chastised for fighting a fighter who the main man on this forums states is not a pushover?

Think ppl r crying about nothing here

Will see how much of a useless fight it will b when he gets the winner of Mares LSC on the back of USA exposure which he is getting from said terrible fight

Who will Quigg get to fight after Kiko?

Gonzalez jr is certainly no worse than what Quigg and LSC have been facing. At least he has a pulse!
He is a young big guy on the way UP. Not a tiny overblown ancient decrepit has been, like the opposition the other two have faced.

Shocking fight, shocking ducking by the McGuigans. I excuse Carl from that as i do not think he was ducking Quigg for a minute, but I believe to say the least he has been easily lead.

Dismissing a fight because he wouldnt only be fighting his opponent but also fighting the judges, crowd, ref and anything else Hearn could do to put the fight in Quiggs favor is called being sensbile not ducking

So Manny was offered to fight Floyd for £40 mill flat, please remind me how much he actually made by turning down this offer?

Please dont buy into Matchroom propaganda, too many ppl r falling for the used car salesmans cringeworthy stunts

No. Each of the recognized sanctioning bodies have one legitimate champ.

    Only Quiggs is worthless.

    This is nonsense.

They wanted Cyclone involved in the promotion. That request was granted which would have give them pull with the officials , ref etc.
And Frampton being the 'real world champ' likely would have had an IBF represented ref in there.

Crying about judges , refs .. is for sissy's. Real champs don't make excuses that they don't like the judges so they won't take the fight.

Rigo would happily take half what Hearn offered Quigg. No questions asked.

Grado ans Linares had no problem coming over and putting their titles on the line and i guarantee they didn't earn anywhere near £1.5 million.

Frampton said the wanted to face the best to prove he's the best. He balked at the first opportunity using a 101 different excuses.

If it appears people are hating on Frampton , its because he brought it on himself.

Has a record of 25,1,2 and has never set foot outside of Mexico.

You just keep telling yourself he's a credible opponent.

Come on len, you're better than that. If Frampton and the McG's believe he's the best in the world he shouldn't be fighting no.55.

Nobodies bashing Frampton, what people are doing is criticising the circus around him, and the idiots like yourself who are taken in by the smoke and mirrors.

As for getting a life, you should pull your head out of your narrow minded, nationalistic ahole.

Some of us admire fighters for their talent and ability, its not based on nationality and demographics.

You should go back and look at some of the comments you've made about Quigg in the past.
