Frans Botha came back to boxing after a five year layoff and beat Bob Mirvoc for the WBF Title. Since Holyfield won't retire and wants to be the champ again maybe he and Frans could mix it up for his title. I know that the WBF is very lightly regarded but I think this could be a good matchup. One that either man would have a chance of winning the fight.

Its a sad state of affairs when a fight between a washed up never was against a thouroughly finished former champ actually sparks someones interest. A bum like Shannon Briggs came come back and win a belt, and the heavyweight division is adorned with the sorriest bunch of mediocreties ever seen . What next? Brian Minto against Butterbean for a "title"?

Shannon Briggs wasn't a bad fighter back in the day, to be fair.

    He's absolute garbage now, though.

I think at this stage, Holyfield would beat Botha.

Funny - I was going to ask what that meant too.

I don't even think I've ever seen a fight where this belt was on the line. There are too many ****ing belts.

I would like to create the "FTS Belt" - standing for **** This ****.

Botha was kayoed by Mighty Mo and the overweight K1 fighter was like 3-2 as a professional heavy boxer at that age of his. The WBF Title means abolutely nothing if Holyfield wants to be there - Real Deal Promotions and partners have to make a big fight with a top rated heavy and that is by way of using a money bait cause they don't have anything else to offer.

Could be a stepping stone against a Fromer 2 time or 3 time counting WBF champion. I don't think it'd be a bad fight either but I would favor Holyfield.
Did Mo KO him with a kick because Mo hasn't done so well in regular boxing.
Dang I just caught it on youtube. Botha was trying to kick and Mo smashed him with a straight right. It was all downhill as Botha was knocked down three times.

I wonder if Botha would put up his title in a straight boxing match against Mo?

The only title Holyfield should be fighting for is the "Undisputed Moronic *******/Hypochritical ******* Championship of the World" title.

Anal force (Audley Harrison) fulfilled his self prophecy of winning a world title by winning the very same WBF belt. He won the title against Sonny Liston (ok not the real Liston but the dutch Sunny Liston - Richel Hersisia). So Holyfield would be up there with anal force if he won this coveted title.
