How'd Joe manage to basically wipe his ass with Foster?

I know Foster wasn't exactly successful at HW... well... ever... But what was it?

Good head movement by Joe that let him get inside and land that hook against someone who just couldn't take HW shots?

Frazier quote to reporters after the match: "I'm built for a heavy punch. But when a light man gets hit with heavy material, that's bad." Spindly Bon just couldn't give away weight to the big boys. (I've sometimes wondered if he wasn't tempted to follow Bob Hazelton's lead in trying steroids, at a time when they weren't so controversial.)

Frazier looked nothing short of indestructable that night. Of course it had something to do with his opponent.

But if i ever have to visualise "can't keep him off me" then this is the fight. Foster ran but had nowhere to go. Frazier showed perfect footwork in finding the right range to launch that left hook. When you see this fight, you can understand why he handed Ali his first defeat in his next fight. Great performance.

Foster couldn't keep Joe off him. Foster landed some nice shots on Frazier but like another poster posted earlier that Frazier said he was built for a heavyweight punch but when a light man gets it with a heavyweight punch it aint gonna be good pretty much sums it up.
