Abraham is 1-1 since moving up to 168 but on deck for the lineal championship?

    No.

Bute (who already has something of a claim by holding the oldest of the SMW world titles with the IBF version) if he sticks around versus the Super Six winner - even now - will be "the man" at 168.

As Calzaghe retired undefeated, ther is no lineal title holder at 168.

Ward (****in' billy-goat !) has the best claim to 'being the man' at 168 at present.

The fight I want to see is Lucian Bute vs. Andre Ward.

Froch easily has the best resume. As impressive as Bute was against Andrade, that's an opponent who is perfectly suited for him. The only fighter who has truly proved himself at 168, is Froch.

Froch has courage, no doubt about it. I had him beating Kessler, he was robbed.

Froch does have courage, don't know about being robbed.. it was a close fight, I scored it for Mikkel both times I watched it, but it was close and most definitely no robbery. :patsch

Until Ward and Bute fight (providing they don't lose), no other fight in the division can create a lineal title since Ole Calslappy gave it all up a couple of years ago.

BTW, anyone actually rating Ward's win over Kessler as the same when he fought Calzaghe IS the same thing as rating Calzaghe beating the crap out of RJJ as if Calzaghe was fighting the version that won the HW title from Ruiz.

Both were over fighters that had their best days behind them. Just name fighters. Gloating over those wins are just ridiculous.

 Damn sure don't think anybody got robbed there. I scored it for Kessler, but I thought it was very close. I thought they matched up so well together, it was arguably fight of the year.
