I spoke to Mike DeLisa the founder of CBZ way back when I first researched this and he said he doubted it happened as well. Not sure why its still on the site.

The fight has been removed from Fulton's boxrec record.

I sent a message to the head editor at boxrec, along with the news clip I posted and the general questions/concerns of the other posters in this thread, and he has concurred the fight never happened. He removed the fight from Fulton's record.

I left a message over at CBZ too, we'll say what they say.

My guess is that one site posted it, and the other simply followed suit without researching it themselves.

LOL. Next you will be trying to send a report to boxrec to take off Harry Wills 3 round execution of Fulton stating the fight never happened. I would love to see the film of a Wills hook busting 3 of Fultons ribs.

I would love to see you show some genuine concern for truth and accuracy, but I guess you'd rather live within your own childish world.

Why would he do that ? :huh
The Wills-Fulton fight happened, we know that.

If you believe the Fulton-London fight happened please provide proof or your reasons. And if you have no evidence or reasons please explain why it should remain on the record.

Suzie's just pissed because his original post (#6) in this thread just got its ass kicked.

I knew he was bound to post some childish and unwarranted response to boxrec's decision before I even mentioned it.

Really, it's sad that someone can be so obssessed with their own need to score "points" in childish agenda-driven arguments that they have no interest in historical accuracy.
It's a real shame because SQ is obviously a great fan of the sport but losing perspective here big time, I think.

SuzieQ is pasionate about one thing, and that is getting the black boxers of the period before the 60s a judicial review.

While I question some of his findings, I have the utmost respect for what he is trying to do.

Wow. Looks like I am the center of attention here for a joke post I made in the thread. I never claimed Fulton-London happened, I could care less if it happened and I do not intend to research the issue. Congratulations on exposing nothing. In fact the only comment I made in this thread was I would love to see the film of Harry Wills smashing Fultons ribs into his chest. I stand by that. Don't get offended. Admit Harry Wills knocked the **** out of Fred Fulton and get on with your day.

In fact, I have CORRECTED more false things on boxrec + added on more info on boxrec for the editors with my research than all of you comined most likely. I am a regular poster on boxrec, a regular contributer and friend to the editors. Good luck at your attempts. I have enough friends in high places in the boxzing community I do not need to listen to your criticisms.

You said right in post #6 of this thread that the loss was "embarrassing" and a blow to his standing; which isn't the first time you've condemned the guy for that loss anyway.

So somehow, you think a loss is a big deal when you think it actually exists, yet its likely non-existence somehow "means nothing" and is not worth researching?

Yes I did. It was an embarrasing result to have on Cyberboxing and Boxrec. Never did I say I did research that showed the bout happened. All I did was report what i SAW on a legit website.

All I did was report what I saw. I looked on records archive and saw a knockout loss to an 0-1 fighter. That LOOKED embarrasing to me. That is all i said.
