ay. It's been more about Cricket so far. Even had to resort to showing an interview with Alex Tudor.

tudor scored 99 not out as a night watch man against the kiwis, he's more than qualified for a brief appearance in this boxing/cricket program

Intrigued to see how he gets on. If gets through Dawson, he'll probably be ranked in the top 10 by the WBO and on for a fight with Wlad...

    Yea that was pretty shocking.

Have to say im envious of him. Ive recently took up boxing seriously after a 10 year lay off and im loving being back in the ring but its not ideal, working 40 hours a week + then motivating myself to go to the gym. I would love to be able to afford not working and just training full time.

If i ever one a large some of money I would give up working at try and turn pro

This programme is ****ing shite! I've not had an opinion on Flintoff up until now.

He is being forcefed steak for breakfast, not beause of any nutritional need but to make it more interesting for viewers. Why eat steak when he could eat a more easily palatable soure of protein such as eggs in the morning?

There is NO reason for him not to have carbs in his diet, it can only be to his detriment that he is going into sessions without adequate "fuel" for his sessions. The only reason he isnt having arbs is so that he drastically loses weights and looks remarkably different- again all for the cameras. Not a true refletion a heavyweight fighters resume,.

The full show is an insult to the skill and dedication needed to be a boxer, demeaning that this shows that you can take some fat arse and train him up for a few months and turn pro.

Fair play to him for having the balls but McGuigan and co should be embarassed.

The guy is taking it seriously and doing proper sparring, I don't get why people keep shitting on him. Give the guy a chance, too many keyboard fighters in here.
Also I agree with supremo the little I know about these things red meat does not do you a whole lot of good its a bit silly.
