Yeh that's right, shut the **** up and back out of this debate. Some information backing my post up. http://www.livestrong.com/article/440138-can-fats-be-turned-into-glycogen-for-muscle/
That doesn't back up anything. Nobody is disputing gluconeogenesis. It's your assumption that a body can't thrive without glycogen despite you never trying it. You are talking from a complete position of weakness. An uniformed opinion is worth absolutely dick. You ignore all of the evidence and individual sporting case studies which attest to the benefits of being fat adapted and living exclusively low carb. You chat ****. You are a complete ******. Let's try this. Can you name an essential carbohydrate? Didn't think so. **** off.. Tell us again why Tony Bellew should be a cruiser weight. ****.
Liked the documentary, liked Flintoff and the people around him. His technical work leaves much to be desired but he is big, looks like he can give a punch but doesn't mind taking one either. Personally, Ill be rooting for him.
At the end of the days lads dieting sometimes comes down to what works for that certain individual. There are so many contradicting studies , as we all know , that work against each other. Im not a dietician , and dont pretend to be but ive read a lot and tried different things myself to make an OPINION on what i believe to be the best way is. Put the handbags away:good
Used to think Flintoff was a bit of a bellend, after this I quite like him, seems a decent bloke. He's no need to do this, he's got a lot of money, a tv career and a mint bird. Fair play to him. Plus if he loses, in a years time we can have Andrew Flintoff:The road to redemption.
Just watched it out of curiosity. Ray Leonard has still got blinding hand speed at 56 years old. Make a comeback Ray
