I agree, the guy is a genetic freak. Though, you still have to question the possibility of hormones involved here. I only say that because when was the last time that someone was able to move up in weight the amount of weight he stacked on, NOT to mention, putting on weight from the 130s (not light heavy); smaller guys fighting at lighter weights over all just don't have that large of a frame to put on that much big weight while still maintaining or even exceeding their speed and power at a much higher weight, even when they are genetic freaks. When was the last time you saw someone put on that much weight and maintain power and speed? Like in baseball, when you had a guy averaging 35hr a year go up to 60, sure, everyone went along with the ride, but that sure as hell was fishy. No doubt, if Manny wins, no excuses.

I still have Cotto by TKO. Although Manny does look fast and strong, I am not convinced how good he is against a true elite welterweight. Hatton was a good junior welterweight that relied on his physicality to out muscle guys and we saw how Pacquiao blew him away, so I figure this fight will be competitive up to the point that either man starts breaking down. 8 oz gloves, two hard hitters, something's gotta soften up and give in.

 

according to Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) executive director Keith Kaiser, Mayweather Sr.’s claims that Pacquiao was on steroids is not entirely true. According to Kaiser, the athletic body never fails to conduct a steroid testing on Pacquiao, his opponents or anyone who plays in Nevada.




Pacquiao has always passed every steroid test did to him.


The commission regulates all boxing competition in the whole of Nevada. They act as the final authority on licensing matters. They have the option to deny, approve, revoke, or suspend all licenses for boxing matches.

Kaiser stressed that all boxers undergo a tight drug-testing program before they are allowed to fight.
The commission usually obtain blood or urine sample before and after a fight to test for anabolic steroids and other illegal drugs.




According to Pacquiao’s coach, Freddie Roach, a slander case is currently well under way against Floyd Mayweather Sr.
Roach said that he already talked with Pacquiao and that the pound for pound king agrees that Mayweather Sr. must be held liable for his words.

It has nothing to do with the story or opinion Mayweather Sr released. Its a fact many high athletes in various sports (including Olympians) use illegal performance enhancers. And depending on what they are taking, how long it stays in their system, and what the commissions are testing for, allow for many of these athletes to pass regular testing. There are many masking agents, methods used, and possibly enhancers not tested for that . I am not calling Pac out on it, since nothing has been proven, but I am saying is that its not usual for a guy in a lower weight class, or any weight class for that matter, to jump up so many pounds while still maintaining speed and even gaining power.

I am not an expert as to have a whole answer, but take Lance Armstrong for example, the most tested man in sports who never tested positive. The greatest bicyclist america has produced...theres a point where you have to look at his training regimen..The man is on his bike 8 hrs a day during the off-season. I see the same thing with Pac, I get ****in tired just watching this guy train.

Like I said, I am not making any prediction..but based on what I'm seeing though, if Cotto digs that body and Pac raises his hands, he will get a beating worse than the Margo beating. In fairness, thats a big if
