Someone's net worth doesn't mean what's just in his bank account. It includes all assets and properties. Pac has a 2 million dollar home in LA alone that's been paid off as well as 3 larger mansions in the Philippines. He owns commercial real estate as well.

When Roach says Manny is broke, he probably means 26 million seems like a low figure for all the money he's earned. People forget boxers have to pay income taxes, trainers, promoters. They only end up with 20% of what they earn in the ring. If Pac made over 100 million, 26 million is about right.
