If Khan doesn't win it early he's going to lose it later on in the fight!

Even if Roach really felt Khan would make it an easy fight, its best to hold your tongue when talking about such matter.....especially when it comes to fighting a true great like Marquez........they deserve more respect than that......

Roach over the past couple of years has turned into a loudmouth......the type that is absolutely certain that what they are saying is true.....
In a different thread, I've attributed that confidence by Roach to him knowing his fighter is at a physical advantage his opponent is not.

.......thats how I'm reading Roach......and my guess now is that like Manny Pacquiao, so to is Amir Khan under the influence of PED's.

There will be random blood and urine testing for Mayweather-Mosley.......lets see if this JMM-Khan fight does'nt dissolve if GBP puts the same stipulation into that contract.

I'm not up to date here guys on who promotes Amir Khan?
I hope its not GBP, or random tests for that matchup would seem unlikely to me.:!:

:yepMarquez is going to take that young man miles away from shore where he's never been too before and then ask of him to attempt to swim back while Marquez is dunking Khan's head inside the waters:yep!

In actuallity if Khan's chin is as weak as they say, Marquez has to much repertoire in his arsenal for Khan not to get caught cold with a shot he does'nt see coming.

Khan is phyically and stylistically capable as far as I can see, so it should be a good fight!;):D

Hmm, Sparring with Manny Pacquaio in this camp will help a lot though. So I'm sure Khan will be at his best. :good

Barerra got a vicious cut before the khsn fight and it was really close as well time wise.

Anyway Khan dwarfs these former fws , he is being kept away form a puncher as usual here

the size advantage will be huge

Khan should be fighting Maidana in my opinion. They say they need to build the fight up, Maidana knocked out one of the rising stars in American boxing in Ortiz, so there's automatic tv coverage. I think Roach and co are hoping that Mayweather has took it outta' Marquez (the same way he took it outta' Hatton). They're looking at Marquez as a wounded animal and i think they're in for a shock. Back to Maidana, if Khan manages to win JMM, then he'll be "too big" to be fighting Maidana, they're looking for every possible way out of that fight. I doubt Khan can stop Marquez, and for that reason alone i think a JMM late stoppage

Marquez is not past it i don't care what anyone says. his past three fight he beat diaz he beat casamayor and he lost to mayweather. A loss to mayweather doesn't mean it's over for him. He still will whoop up on Khan.

Yeah i agree I give Khan big props for taking such a great challenge! Freddy should do a good job training him but i think Marquez hands his ass to him. What weight will they fight at ?

Roach might be on cloud 9 right now but if he thinks Marquez is shot then he'd better prepare for Khan's second loss. I think the Maidana fight would have been easier for Khan than Marquez. Roach probably is thinking that Marquez was slower than Mayweather and therefore will definately be slower than Khan but he has to understand that it wasn't Mayweather's speed that was the problem is was that Marquez had to turn himself into an aggressor, something he won't be doing against Khan who will make Marquez do what he does best, counterpunching.

    Khan will be outclassed.
