It won't be that easy. He probably will stop him due to his speed, but Paulie won't be unconscious and I doubt it will be that early - Paulie can take punishment, just watch the Cotto fight.

 

The only way I can see Khan stopping Malignaggi is by overwhelming him with his speed like you said. It'll be a TKO if it does get stopped.
Although everyone seems to be ruling Paulie out already. It's Khan's debut in America...nerves could play a huge part. Plus the added fact that Khan hasn't fought anyone like Malignaggi yet, and Paulie can be very awkward for any opponent.
