The problem is Roach was too honest in this interview. All trainers try and pick the best fights for their fighters.

Of course there'll we be a clash of philosophy where the promoter will want the biggest $$ and the trainer will want to face an opponent his fighter can defeat. Trainers do have some say on the choice of opponent but it is a negotiation with the promoter and the boxer.

And even though Arum is a snake, he does take advice from Roach - after all if Roach thinks Pacquiao could lose, then Arum may lose his cash cow if he makes the fight and loses.

Ummmm...yes! He's the only reason Pac is fighting Mosley, Berto, or Marquez...neither of which will enhance his legacy. All of which are below Pac's level and is therefore a cherry picked fight. God point there!

    Let's see
Pac moved up 2 division up to face oscar who was a Jr middleweight at the 147 lbs limit.

Pac cherry pick # 1 Jr welterweight in the world hatton:good
Pac cherry pick # 2 rated welterweight cotto :good
We all know why pac-clottey happen:lol:
Then pac cherry pick margarito who outweighs him by over 15 lbs during fight night.

Now pac wants to fight a welterweight (mosley) instead of a lightweight (marquez)

damn pac is a cherry picker:lol:

Leon sent me this yesterday, you should watch it. Those are good fighters, but none of them are that skilled. Cotto and Oscar are the most skilled, but Oscar is a shell of himself and Cotto doesn't have the tools.

Some days Roach talks crap, Some days Roach speaks the truth. Wtf how do you guys identify which is which? Is there like a scheduled day for the 'crap' and the 'truth'?

When Floyd Sr said Pac is on peds, it's the truth. When Floyd Sr said Pac can KO a middleweight, it's sarcasm.

Why would someone post clips of Pacman when he's all left hand? And that was the drained Pacman on his second fight with JMM.
