Floyd who asks for random blood and urine tests during the WHOLE training camp up to the fight would oppose year round testing.

But

Pacquiao who opposes random blood tests all the way up to the fight and wants a cut off, and who wanted to be notified when he was going to be tested would accept year round testing.

Drug testing is a universal issue and while I agree Manny wouldn't agree to the scenario you posted above - If it was a rule of the whole sport - Then yes, I believe Manny would comply - Because on this subject - that's been the one thing team pac have said "We will adhere to the rules of the commission"

If ODST was in place by all state athletic commissions in a standardised way, then thats part and parcel of being a boxer.
