Let's look at the full picture...*****..it wasn't as simple as Pac not agreeing to some additional testing that both sides came to an agreement on:hey. Let's be real..... Pac balked at Floyd's demands because the delivery wasn't exactly handled with mutual and equal respect.

At the end of the day Pac agreed even though Floyd switches his reason for not fighting Pac as much as I change socks.

And if Pac was the one who came out negotiating like Floyd.....with accusation, demands and unreasonable expectations Floyd wouldn't have even thought of trying to negotiate with Manny. Manny has gone far beyond Floyd in terms of concessions to get this fight made.... Floyd has created all the obstacles to prevent this fight from becoming reality.
