the whole testing thing was a bull**** attempt to discredit Pac to begin with, it has nothing to do with anything else. Just an envious fighter hating on Pac.

Roach is absolutely right that an athlete could benefit greatly from PED's in his off-season while staying clean when he competes in competitions. Blood testing is better than mere urine testing, but it's only really any good if it's done at random all year round.

 

Now here's a solution that'd make sense. Floyd could test himself and everybody under the Mayweather promotions year round. That would set an even better example, but I'm sure the idea hasn't hit Floyd yet
