Totally naive and ignorant. Why is it that in EVERY weight class, boxers struggle to sweat down to a low weight? Why not just "eat while training" (LOL) and fight at your normal weight? :huh

This is so ignorant it doesn't even warrant a response, but I'll try to help you because I'm a nice guy. Sweating down to a low weight and rehydrating gives the fighter his *best* advantage - which is why everyone does it. At a certain point, you can begin to "drain" yourself, of course. But Floyd who is not one of the bigger welter weights would not reach that point. He weighed in at 146 his last fight and that was his strongest WW form yet, in my opinion. He was a 155lbs-Plus BEAST in there with JMM.
