Been reading roach is having difficulties even holding the pads his condition has worsen.

"I have a bulging disk and it caught the nerve and so the nerve is pinched between the bulge in my vertebrae," Roach said. "I'm used to it by now. People live with this all the time. It's a pain in the ass, and, of course, I have the worst [expletive] luck for this to come up just before this fight, but it is what it is, and you learn to deal with it."

“Worst pain I’ve ever had in my life,” Roach told SI.com.

    “Definitely a 10,” he says.

“Bending over is almost impossible,” he says.

    “Sometimes, I pee blood.”

How do you think this effects getting Manny ready?

If its true, he should swallow his pride and do whats best for manny and have someone fit for the job be mannys pad holder. He would still be the head trainer but give me a break.... its the biggest fight of Pacs life.

I'm in the medical profession, a disk is very painful but a steroid shot (glucocorticoid not anabolic steroid) can pretty much shut down the pain for 6 months.

Yeah, looks like this will be an easy fight for the Mayweathers. Manny's all cramped up, Freddie's almost unable to move, and Freddie's already revealed the game plan. Should be a cakewalk for ol Floyd.

I just got an epadural shot for a herniated disc myself.. **** was killing me down my right leg.. I feel 90% better now.. He should go get one done. It took about 30 minutes, and the relief was immediate..

Therapy takes time, glucocorticoids are immediate and last 6 months. Right now, his disc is pressing against the nerve and causing a lot of pain. It truly is unbearable as you get older.

I'm sure he will get the injections and feel better.
