I don't know if I can post the link but its over at some crappy forum...

DT – When the Ninja starts training will it still be in the Philippines or another location?

FR – I’m not pleased with him training in the Philippines, there are too many distractions, but that’s what he wants to my understanding, and I believe he is taking this fight too lightly. Mark my words this will be the toughest fight of his life. It’s the people around him like Michael Konz who are telling him this will be an easy fight and not to worry. Instead of names I will say his advisors are telling him that Miguel Cotto is done, he is finished, and that’s pure bullcrap. I have been watching countless hours again and again of Cotto’s past fights. He nullified Shane Mosley’s speed and that’s Manny’s greatest asset also, he has proven he knows how to deal with speed and everyone around Manny is taking the fight way too lightly. So yes, I’m a little pissed off at his advisors.

DT – Fred, I want to be clear about one issue, Manny is making a movie and not training?

FR – At this point yes. I called Michael Konz and asked him if Manny has started conditioning his body for training camp and he said he didn’t know. I then asked Konz if Manny has told him where he will train in the Philippines and he said I haven’t asked him yet and I blew my top because Cotto has been in serious training for a month now. We haven’t even started yet and we have no idea where we are going? It’s absurd.

I feel bad for Roach he deserves more respect than this after all he's done for Pacquiao he has to resort to posting comments on the internet to get Pac's attention. :-(

    Ugh, I'm not surprised.

I maintain my position that Pac's advisors are total idiots.

Don't feel bad for Roach, he's still gonna get paid and after Manny gets brutally beaten he will still be his trainer and have a dedicated fighter again.

When will fighters realize that they are at their most vulnerable when they think they're invincible?

This isnt good news, but it sounds like this is the norm before pacquiao prepares for a fight. Freddie is picking this to go the distance though.

Hopkins said..."The only person who can beat Pacquiao right now, is Pacquiao himself"

and he's right. Manny needs to get his ass in to gear, because this isn't Hatton or Oscar he's fighting. He's ruining his chances by ****ing about back home

    This is disinformation.
Roach is up to some **** again.

Maybe he wants Cotto to come in overconfident an overaggressive, thinking he can walk over Manny.

Taking lightly? He's not, as busy as Pac nowadays, hes just following his schedule.

    Nothing to worry at all:smoke

“I am not panicking,” Arum said. “I know Manny.

"We spoke this morning. I gave him the bad news on Freddie’s younger brother, Joey, and Manny was really shaken up. He said, ‘I know Joey, that’s the one who lives in Las Vegas. He later reached out to Freddie to express his condolences to him. Manny was totally unaware of it. He’d been shooting a movie or a TV show or something like that.”

“No reason to panic, absolutely not,” Arum said of Pacman’s training regimen. “When we’re done with the press/publicity tour, which to New York, Puerto Rico, San Francisco and LA and then finishes (without Cotto) in San Diego Sept. 15, Manny is going to camp.
"Unlike most of these guys, Manny never balloons up in weight. He will have his usual, solid eight weeks.”

Im not too worried about this yet. Only if i hear reports coming out of training camp that pacquiao isnt focused will i really worry because manny has always has had that ability to shut out everthing else when in camp.

Hope you're right. I know his training camp hasn't started yet but it's awfully close. If they don't have a plan yet, I can see why Roach would be worried.

I'm getting the same feeling I had before the 1st Morales fight, not a good thing.
