I think Roach is aware that training must commence on time in order to facilitate a successful outcome.

I dont think Roach got to where he is today by chance, and by chance i mean by underestimating any opponent to the point that training camp is treated merely as a casual event before a certain win.

With fight night fast approaching, i think Freddy just going through the pre fight nerves most trainers go through when they have a fighter that's "missing in action" so to speak and once they re-connect and sees what shape Manny is in he can start his job of planning all the pre fight conditioning and training schedule that needs to done to win this fight.

People forget that the trainer is aware of everything that can go wrong, and until his fighter is back in his care he will go through all sorts of hell waiting to hear from him.

Just goes to show the man is human and conscientious about his work ethic.

I never heard Roach say anything in context to being worried about Pac pre-fight with Oscar or Hatton. Pac was focused and training is ass off -- correct me if I'm wrong.

Pacquiao shows up to fight prime and ready every single time out.......
........there is absolutely no reason to believe that Pacquiao wont show up prime, focuses and ready once again!

You guys are looking way too into this. It's just pre-fight drama, nothing to go crazy over. Once camp starts Pac will be focused like he always is.

Well, sometimes fighters start believing what they write about them and their egos inflate. When this happens they have a tendency to slip a little.
Vanity is a deadly sin but it can happen to the best of us.
