Floyd Sr. said he wants Ricky Hatton to fight one or two more before he gets in the ring with Pacman. So i guess it'll be floyd or marquez first

He might be just trying to lure Floyd out of retirement with statements like that.

This fight has to happen. Pacquiao is #1 on the p4p list since Mayweather retired,so they have to clash now so we can find out who the true recognized #1 is.

Do people understand that P4P is a subjective load of BS at the end of the day?

There's a reason for weight classes, and there's just no way that a still fresh Mayweather looses to Pacquiao - It is a POINTLESS fight. It adds nothing to Floyds legacy if he wins and tarnishes it if he looses.

Floyd needs only come back to fight other welterwieghts or above.

I agree when u say that Floyd should come back and fight the other WW's but these type of boxers, dont fight without the $$$. The biggest $$$ fight and the best fight for PBF right now is with Pac. and i agree, this should happen. If you think this match is meaningless, then i guess its you against the world.

In terms of legacy it is pointless. In terms of Money then whatever floats your boat.

I'm a fan of good fighters and good fights, not how much cash they have.

There are so many idiots on this board...Floyd actually fights at 147-148. He doesnt drain himself so that he comes in at a heavier weight...so if he fights at 140 he will come in at 147-148...if he fights at 147 he will still come in at 147-148 cause he walks around at around 150.

Does anybody understand that? The Floyd you get at 140 is the Floyd you get at 147 but everybody seems to think it makes a difference...

Can somebody explain the difference...I want to hear your logic...or the lack there of...

If Floyd has to drain himself of 7 or 8 pounds to make 140 then he'll be weaker on fight night.

This would be an advantage for Pacman.

STFU and get off the mayweather dick. pacman....the number 1 p4p boxer isn't in mayweather's "league"? Then who is? Why don't you just come out and say that you think mayweather is an invincible fighter. Don't forget the rounds that mayweather lost trust me he can and probably will be beaten.

Everyone is still basking in the after glow of the pac fight , don't expect logic to take hold of them for about another week or so.

If I had to describe it for them its most likely feels like going to a party, leaving it absolutely drunk off your ass, and then remembering the best sex you ever had last night, only to wake up next to some 200 lb fat chick.

They're all still in that feeling the best sex I ever had mode , give them a week and they will be at the stage were they wake up spooning the fat chick snoring like a grizzly bear. thats reality for your ass

144 will probably be a good catchweight for pac and pbf to weigh in. both of them are small welters during fightime with both their weight not going beyond 150.

Freddie Roach is not a stupid person. He knows his fighter limitation and abilities. To let Manny stick around and fight top level Welterweights is stupid since there so many fights at 140lbs plus any top welterweight would beat Manny. Do you see Roach pushing a Mayweather fight? No, the reason is because he knows deep down Manny has to go through hell and back to pull that win and the chances at that happening is very slim.
