Look at who he has fought. Everyone knows he has ducked the elite fighters and will fight them when are washed up. Not that he couldnt beat them but didnt want to take the risk. Mosley, Cotto, Margarito, Pacquiao

 

I did not know that the NSAC made Pacquiao drop his demands. If you can provide me a link from a reputable source and it is clear that it isn't an opinion made by your source, then I will concede my argument.

Here's the thing, none of us are privy to the negotiations so the facts as we know it may not be. What we are reading are reports from boxing scribes who more often than not are slanted towards either fighter. I tend to try and analyze things but I can only decide on whatever information I have. Hence I am open to corrections. I am swayed by evidence and very rarely by opinion and definitely not by name calling
