Come off it, Freddie. Jones would've had his way with Stevie Collins. Common opponents are never the best gauge, like statistics they can be used to prove anything. Roy Jones was a couple of levels above the likes of Collins and the rest of our best guys, apart from Joe C, we all know that. In fact i seem to remember Steve admitting it himself.

Collins wasn't particularly good. Jones wouldve dismantled him. Johnson was not a 'southpaw Jones' either, Roys reflexes were on another level.

Prime for prime, Roy Jones would wipe Calzaghe out inside a few rounds. The levels are so different it hurts.

its favourite pastime of the biased Brits on here to underestimate abilities and victories that Collins enjoyed.

I dont see Collins beating RJJ but I see him giving him a hell of a fight - and yes RJJ ducked Collins.

You think Reggie Johnson was a southpaw Roy Jones Slap? That dodgy connection seems to be the meat in Roaches prediction.

the Johnson comparsion is a stretch. RJJ was so much quicker and elusive.

I agree that Collins does get sold short at times, especially when it comes to the two wins over Chris Eubank.

Even Collins himself would probably concede that Benn was done when they fought.... but the job still had to be done.

Calzaghe vs. Jones would always be very competitive and closest of those match-ups IMO. Not saying Joe would win. There's a difference.

Roy would have embarrassed him - and everybody else we have to offer.

The idea Collins would even have been competetive is silly.
