Some good tidbits on this, Roach also says St-Pierre was getting migraines as well and that may have played a role in him taking a break as well.
Prob good idea to take some time off and not have the stress of the media hounding him on his next opponent and everything else that goes with it. Not to mention if he does have headaches having time off always helps.
