Toney would have scored higher than #9 on Dancing with the Stars though.

Toney was dynamic at 168, the mixture of both defense and offense made him a pleasure to watch. Going upto heavyweight is what messed him up. He should have stayed at CW IMO.

He had some success at HW earlier on when he was still sort of in shape. And I thought he beat peters in the first fight, and should have gotten the chance to fight klitschko but he would have got whooped anyways. It just sucks to hear how he sounds now, I can't understand a damn thing he says anymore.

    Without a doubt.

    That was it.

" Lights-Out " knew he had iron whiskers and therefore was completely confident that he can absorb a bomb if one slipped threw his great defense.

These defensive fighters nowadays just dont have the chin or confidence to engage and alot more cautious in every single move they make in the ring.

I've heard him say the same thing about Rigo though. Well, that Rigo was the only fighter he never hit during pad work or drills.

When he was disciplined I think he was better physically at the lower weights but I felt his skills were more complete from cw to hw.

Exactly the same situation with Mayweather. Difference was Mayweather had NSAC, USADA & Vegas officials backing him

Toney was one of my favorite fighters at one time. He was old school, could fight off the ropes with ease, but was lazy, got fat, quit training, went down hill rather quickly, no his speech is slurred..............
