Sadly, I have no inkling that the sudden hot topics on JMM/Floyd here on esb becomes an indication how well the fight performs on ppv buys.

If theres one indication, that is JMM is mentioned once again alongside the name of Pac.

it might tank...I think America is leary about investing hard earned money in a product that might "stink out the joint".

It will get murdered against the ufc.

UFC is cheaper for bars to put on.. and draws more people.

Roach is no different than Mayweather Sr. They both talk more than their fighters.

The funny thing about it is that PBF-JMM will sell more than Pac-JMM did.

How could you call yourself a true boxing fan and actually hope this fight fails?? Some of you guys illogical hate of Floyd is really starting to cloud your judgement. A great PPV for the JMM-Mayweather and Cotto-Pacquiao would go along iway in bringing the casual fan back to boxing. Like it or not, Floyd was one of central reasons why boxing enjoyed a mini renaissance back in 07. His success along with other guys like a Cotto and Pac is imperative if boxing is going to receive the mainstream attention it deserves.

    Stop the hate:-(

He already has you dumbsonofabitch. PBF-Oscar and PBF-Hatton both did more than Pac-Oscar and Pac-Hatton. Also PBF-JMM will do more than Pac-JMM.:deal

I said the same **** in an earlier thread. These guys who wish for any boxing PPV to fail aren't fans of the sport and should move on. PBF-JMM failing while going head to head with a UFC card is not good for boxing as a whole. It will send a message to the world that boxing is now behind the UFC in popularity. Everyone here should be behind this PPV just like everyone should be behind the Pac-Cotto PPV.

It is not going to do s well as Pacquaio/Cotto but than I don't think any match up would do as well out side of a fight involving either Pacquaio and Cotto vs. Hatton.
